Our ERP system supports our efforts and indicates the most practical and efficient procedures. Technical drawings of all our products are, for example, versioned and archived electronically, making them easily available to all relevant functions.

It is important to our customers that they receive quick and accurate service. Our in-house sales team is our customers' close contact to Betech Seals. Everyday contact with customers and order processing are handled by individual members of our sales staff.
Not infrequently, a customer wants a delivery date pushed forwards, and we do everything in our power to comply.
It is also our sales staff who notify customers of price and delivery dates – and in a variety of other ways ensure quick and correct service all the way from initial contact to delivery. Should there contrary to expectations be a delay – or should it be possible to deliver earlier than planned – you will also receive notification from our in-house sales staff.
We operate in a changeable world, and, not infrequently, a customer requests that a delivery be brought forward. Naturally, we always do our utmost to comply. For customer focus and willingness to change are two of our core values.

We strive to reduce lead times throughout our supply chain: from the purchase of a ready-made component, or of the raw materials necessary to produce the component ourselves, through efficient production planning and execution to quality control, packaging and delivery to the customer.
We offer stock holding agreements for critical parts and components, reducing the need for in-house stocks and insuring production departments against supply failure.
